How do I return an item?
- Items can be returned or exchanged if they are in brand new condition and have not been installed.
- Buyer must contact us within 7 business days after receiving the product about a request for return or exchange. A return authorization must be issued by us for returning items. Items returned to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be received within 30 calendar days of original purchase. We cannot accept items after 30 calendar days.
- Buyer is responsible for all actual shipping costs, this includes items that were shipped free or at a reduced shipping cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition which includes, not installed, mounted, modified or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse to accept for credit or exchange "any product" claimed to be defective or made unusable through negligence or improper installation. Parts that have been subject to improper use or application, installation or misuse caused by failure of related parts are not considered for return or exchange.
- We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including, without limitation, damages resulting from improper installation, removal, or damage to product/s. User accepts all liabilities in connection herewith. Product purchaser and vehicle owner and/or operator agrees to hold us harmless of any and all damage to vehicle, personal property, and/or injury, dismemberment, and/or death to any and all vehicle occupants. It is the vehicle owner and/or operator's responsibility to periodically inspect and maintain installed products to ensure that they are in satisfactory working order.
